Refund & Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept returns for manufacturing defects or faulty items.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your item must be:
✔️ In the same condition as received
✔️ Unworn or unused, with tags
✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return, refund, or exchange. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened for the first time without cuts or edits.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
